摘要
介绍了一种将纳米CaCO3填充到LDPE中制成母粒,应用到节水滴灌输水软管中的工艺。实验证明:纳米CaCO3对PE输水软管有着明显的增韧增强效果,添加量达到8%时,软管缺口冲击强度达到最大值58.9 kJ/m2,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率也同时达到最大值,分别为43.62MPa和824.8%,并且加工时可使树脂的流动速率增加,显著提高生产效率,降低生产成本,有很强的现实意义。
The introduction was made on a kind of technique of making masterbatch by filling nano-CaCO3 into LDPE and preparing watersaving hose for drip irrigation. The experiment proved nano-CaCO3 had obvious reinforcing and toughening effect on the hose of PE. When the nano-CaCO3 content was 8 %, the notched impact strength was up to maximum of 58.9 kJ/m^2 ,the tensile strength and elongation at break were up to maximum of 43.62MPa and 824.8% respectively. Nano-CaCO3 can increase the flow speed of the resin while processing, improve producing efficiency notably, and reduce production cost. The technique has a strong realistic significance.
