摘要
手机的面盖零件结构复杂,生产中很容易出现印痕影响外观。通过改进模具的结构设计,用两个转轴孔作为型腔滑块,中间共用一个滑块楔,并在相应的斜面上设计了“T”形槽扣相配合,解决了手机面盖塑件的质量老大难问题,取得了较好的效果,值得普遍推广。
