摘要
文中介绍了动磁式直线振动电机的结构,采用有限元方法建立了2D分析模型,在此基础上,计算了电机的气隙磁场和电磁推力,研究了永磁体尺寸对电机推力、吸引力的影响,并讨论了它在恒振幅工作时的线圈电流,相应的实验结果验证了有限元模型的正确性。分析表明在电机工作时气隙磁场也不断地移动和改变,而且在工作行程内电磁推力基本与线圈电流成正比。分析结果将为该类电机的优化设计提供依据。
The construction of moving magnet type linear oscillatory motor(LOA) was introduced, On the base of 2D FEM model, the magnetic field in air gap and electromagnetic thrust were calculated. Then the effect of permanent magnet on thrust and attractive force were investigated, and coil current under constant amplitude were discussed. The corresponding experimental results verified the FEM model. Analysis results show the magnetic field moves and changes continually as LOA is in operation and the electromagnetic thrust is direct proportional to coil current during effective mover's displacement. All analysis results are benefit to LOA's optimal design.
