摘要
在实现轧钢厂棒材生产自动计数的基础上,提出用视觉图像信号作为反馈信息,实时跟踪棒材位置,实现自动分钢控制的方案.用实际视觉系统和对象仿真相结合,采用粗糙集数据挖掘技术进行离线学习,提取控制策略,驱动分钢装置实现分钢自动化操作.
Proposed an on-line steel bar splitting system based on machine vision online counting system. In this paper, the visual feedback control and decision methods are introduced. Bars movement simulation, steel bars tracing algorithms are presented. A rule mining algorithm based on Rough sets is applied to extract control rules of steel bar splitting.
