摘要
啤酒包装作为瓶装啤酒生产过程中最后一道工序,如何减少其对啤酒风味稳定性的破坏,最大程度保持啤酒原来的质量稳定性,对提高消费者满意度、企业竞争力都非常重要。对包装原材料使用、洗瓶、灌装、杀菌、贴标等提出了如何控制影响啤酒质量因素并总结了如何解决实际工作中常发生问题的方法。
Packaging is the last procedure in bottled beer production. It is very important how to keep the stability of beer quality to the extent, improve the satisfaction of consumer, and enhance the competition of corporation. According to the filling equipment of 20, 000 bottles/h, this paper brought up how to control factor affected the beer quality, and some common question in practical work during the raw material usage, bottle washing, filling, sterilization, labeling and other procedures.
