探讨在全球化背景下法学双语教学的必要性:即法学双语教学是法律全球化不断发展的需要、是我国市场经济与国际接轨的需要、是培养法学复合型人才的需要。同时,从师资、学生英语水平、教材、教学方法、考核等几个方面探讨了法学双语教学存在的问题及解决方法。

This paper discusses on the necessity of law bilinguaheaching under globalizition：it will meet the need of law globalizition, the link-up of China＇s market - economy with the econonic development of the world, and the training of men for qualified professionals. It also dwells on the problems arised in law bilinguaheaching such as teaching quality, students English level, textbook, teaching methods,examination and the solutions to them.
