靠“吃皇粮”的闭门办刊模式限制了期刊的发展,市场化是科技期刊发展的一种趋势。安全与电磁兼容杂志社通过参加专业展览会、建立广泛的发行网络等方式,开拓市场,加强与读者、作者、广告客户的联系;同时,在期刊的定位、选题、装帧等方面精心打造,用心办刊。经过3年多的努力,《安全与电磁兼容》在2004年创利100多万元,稿件来源、广告经营都已进入良性循环。科技期刊也可做到“双赢”。
The format that a periodical survives by receiving salaries, subsidies, or other supported from the government constricts the development of it. To run a periodical by adoption of the market principle is a trend. Safety and EMC exploits market and strengthens contact with readers, writers and AD clients through participating professional exhibitions and building broad distribution system. At the same time, it emphasizes on orientation, theme selection, and binding & layout. After three years' effort, ,Safety and EMC got more than 1 million profits in 2004. The source of contributions and AD management of the periodical have entered virtuous circles. It is concluded that scientific periodical can realize “win-win”situation.
