摘要
对白灵菇子实体多糖提取工艺条件中的提取时间、液固比(倍)、提取温度3因子的最优化组合问题进行研究,建立具有良好预测性能的白灵菇子实体多糖提取条件模型,并利用回归模型对工艺条件的最优组合、各单因子效应以及边际糖提取率效应进行探讨。结果表明,当提取时间为5.4h、液固比为67.8倍、提取温度为98.4℃时多糖提取率处于较高水平。
The influence of extraction time, times, temperature on the extracted rates of pleurotus nebrodensis ftuitbody's polysaccharides was studied by means of the method of a current, rotation and combinational design of quadric regression the basis of determination of the extraction rates of polysaccharides in the article. A quadric regression model of polysaccharides extraction rates to the doses of heating time, ratio of pleurotus nebrodensis fruitbody to water and temperature was established. The model was significantly fit well and the optimum combination was obtained. The responses of the polysacchaddes yield to all three single factors and their boundary extraction rates were discussed. When the extraction process is composed of 5.4 hours, 67.8 times, 98.4℃,the polysaccharides yield was pretty high.
