筒射导弹发动机点火可靠性分析

摘要 以决定筒射导弹发动机点火可靠性的安全机构的可靠性为研究对象,利用FMEA方法对其进行定性分析,使用RBDA方法对其进行定量分析。在定量分析过程中,采用成败型单元的可靠性评定方法进行了定量计算。根据工作实践对如何确保发动机点火可靠性提出了几点建议。 This paper researches into the reliability of the safety mechanism which determines the ignition reliability of rocket engine of tube-launched missile. FMEA method is used to conduct qualitative analysis, while RBDA method is used to conduct a quantitative analysis. During process of quantitative analysis, the evaluating method of the reliability of the unit, which is successful or unsuccessful in working hours, is used to calculate the ignition reliability of rocket engine. Then several proposals are put forward in order to ensure the ignition reliability of rocket engine.
