摘要
采用离子注入方法制备Sm-FeM-N磁性合金薄膜,研究少量Co部分取代Fe对薄膜磁性能的影响,探索研究Sm-FeM-N磁性材料的新途径.实验发现:Co+注入使样品的饱和磁化强度明显增加,Sm-FeCo-N薄膜的饱和磁化强度是Sm-Fe-N薄膜的1.6倍.经TEM分析。
Sm FeM N magnetic alloy films were prepared by an ion implantation method. It is a new way to prepare magnetic thin films. The effects of Co on structure and magnetic properties of Sm FeCo N film were studied. The results show that saturation magnetization of the sample greatly increases with Co + implanted. The saturation magnetization of Sm FeCo N is 1 6 times as much as that of Sm Fe N. Co + doesn′t form compound with Fe or Sm.
