摘要 为培育马铃薯健壮试管苗和长期保存马铃薯种质资源,以马铃薯脱毒试管苗为材料,比较了不同质量浓度的PP333(多效唑),CCC(矮壮素)和Pix(缩节胺)对马铃薯试苗生长和保存的作用.结果表明:培养基中CCC质量浓度为200.00 mg/L,Pix质量浓度为30.00~90.00 mg/L时适合于培养壮苗;培养基中PP333质量浓度为0.15~1.20 mg/L时对增加马铃薯的节位、茎粗效果明显,但叶片过大、气生根过多而易出现早衰;培养基中CCC质量浓度为1 200.00 mg/L,PP333质量浓度为4.80 mg/L时,马铃薯脱毒试管苗保存时间最长可以达到300 d. The effects of plant retardant PP333 and CCC and Pix on the in vitro growth of virus-free potato plantlets were examined. The results showed that CCC at 200.00 mg/L and Pix at 30.0~90.0 mg/L were fit for the culture of vigorous plantlets. PP333 at 0.15~1.20 mg/L have distinct effects on the gain of stem node number and diameter, but the plantlets leaf is too large and the plantlets tend to senesce prematurely. CCC at 1 200.0 mg/L and PPP333 at 4.80 mg/L were favorable for the long-term preservation of virus-free potato plantlets in in vitro culture. In this medium, the potato plantlets can preserve 300 days long.
