摘要 为提高马铃薯产量和品质,以大西洋马铃薯为材料,研究了光合强度和CO2浓度对马铃薯叶片光合作用的影响.试验结果表明:马铃薯叶片光合作用的光饱和点约为1 400μmol/(m2?s),光补偿点约为50μmol/(m2?s).在光饱和点和光补偿点之间,随着光合强度的增加,叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率升高,胞间CO2浓度降低;随着CO2浓度的增加,光合速率升高,其CO2的饱和点约为2 000μmol/mol.在CO2的饱和点以下,随着CO2浓度的增加,气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈下降趋势,而胞间CO2浓度持续增加. To gain the yield and quality of potato, the potato cultivar Atalantic was used to study the effects of light intensity and CO2 concentration on the photosynthesis of potato leaf. The results showed that the light saturation point of potato leaf was about 1 400 μtmol/(m^2·s) and its light compensation point was about 50 μtmol/(m^2·s), the stomatic conductance and the transpiration rate increased while the intercellular CO2 concentration reduced with the increasing of light intensity between the light compensation point and light saturation point. The photosynthetic rate increased with the increasing of CO2 concentration and the CO2 saturation point was about 2 000 μtmol/mol; however, the stomatic conductance and transpiration rate tended to decrease with the in creasing of the intercellular CO2 concentration below its saturation point.
