摘要
本文主要介绍C30P12F100抗冻大体积泵送混凝土的配合比设计试配及工程应用情况。应用双掺Ⅱ级活性粉煤灰和KJ-70AL引气缓凝高效减水剂技术,解决了C30P12F100大体积泵送混凝土施工中水化热高、抗渗、抗冻等综合难题,并通过采取严格的质量控制措施,确保施工的顺利进行和工程质量。
Testing matching ratio and quality controlling of anti-frozen massive pumping concrete C30P12F100 is introduced with the construction application. Double-matching degree Ⅱ of active fly ash and KJ-70AL air-entraining superplasticizer are applied to solve the synthesis problem of water hydration, anti-penetrating, anti-frozen of massive pumping concrete C30P12F100. Strict quality controlling measurement can assure construction progressing.
