中国的公立医院，牌子是公立医院，资产属于国家，而经营行为，明显地走上了营利性道路。造成公立医院性 质畸变的原因很多，医院为了生存发展追求赢利，政府投入不到位，主管部门监控乏力，是重要原因。为了构建和谐社会， 为了人民的利益，必须再造中国的公立医院，中国的公立医院正处于大变革的前夜。

In China, we still have many so-called public hospitals, they are nominal public hospitals, their assets are belongs to the government, but their operation behavior, by its nature is belong to the for-the profit hospitals. There are many reasons leads to the current distortion of public hospitals＇s nature： hospitals＇s seeking for profit out of their own goal of survival and development, the insufficient input of government, the inadequate regulation from the government authority are main causes. In order to establish a more harmonious society, for the benefit of Chinese people, we must rebuild public hospitals in China; the current public hospitals of China are in the eve of major reform.
