沪粤两地开展3项特殊医疗技术情况的调研报告

A Survey Report on the Three Special Medical Technology Application in Hospitals of Shanghai and Guangdong Province

通过对上海市、广东省等15家医疗机构的调研，探讨当前医疗服务市场出现的“就医难”、“看病贵”等现 象的问题根源和解决方法，特别阐述了人体器官移植技术、人工关节置换技术和心血管介入治疗等3项特殊医疗技术，在 当地开展的现状、存在的问题、意见和建议等内容。

Through the survey of 15 hospitals in Shanghai and Guangdong, to explore the causes and solution to the problems of “difficulties in seeking medical services” and “expensive medical charges”, the author pays special attention to ghe three special medical techniques applications in hospitals such as： human organ transplantation techniques, artificial joints replacement and cardiovascular intervention techniques, their current application situation, existing problems and policy suggestions to solve it.
