摘要
为了建立某导弹训练系统虚拟环境,探讨了大面积地形建模的方法及需要注意的问题,并应用细节层次模型和减少多边形数量等方法对模型的实时显示性能进行优化。建立了某导弹阵地的地形数据库,生成的地形数据库精细、逼真性好,能满足某导弹虚拟训练系统的需要。
In order to generate the virtual environment of a missile training system, the modeling technique of a large area terrain and proceedings that should be noted were discussed. The level of details (LOD) and reducing polygon count were applied to improve database's real-time display performance. The terrain database of a missile position was created. The database is fine and realistic, and can meet the need of the missile virtual training system.
