摘要
以城市及石化污水生化活性污泥为原料,采用不同活化方法制备出活性炭吸附剂,分析了影响活性炭吸附剂性质的影响因素.结果表明:由化学活化法制备的活性炭吸附剂性能较好,最佳活化剂为ZnCl2与H2SO4复配试剂,其最佳复配体积比为2∶1;由城市及石化污水活性污泥制备的活性炭吸附剂吸附碘值分别为596.58,438.31 mg.g-1;收率为51.8%,67.5%;采用2种方法制备的活性炭吸附剂处理城市污水,COD去除率高于75%,污水色度改善较大,处理效果好于商品颗粒活性炭.
Using biochemical and petrochemical sludge of sewage as raw materials and using different activations to prepare activated carbon adsorbent,and studying activated effects of different activators on the adsorbent ability, the results showed that the activated carbon adsorbent made by chemical activation was better,and the optimum activator was complex of ZnCl_2 and H_2SO_4,and the optimum ratio of ZnCl_2 and H_2SO_4 was 2∶1,contrasting commodity of pellet carbon,the pore characteristics of activated carbon adsorbents were studied.The capacity of iodine adsorption of adsorbent made from sewage sludge was 596.58 mg·g^(-1),the rate of achievement was 51.8%,and the capacity of iodine adsorption of adsorbent made from petrochemical sludge was 438.31 mg·g^(-1),the rate of achievement was 67.5%.By application of these adsorbents to treatment of wastewater,the removal rates of COD were better.
