双匹平绒织物属装饰织物,在生产及使用过程中绒面固结紧度十分重要。提出了提高双匹平绒织物绒面固结紧度的三项措施:选用合适的原料、采用适宜的组织结构及绒纱固结方式、采用优良的后整理工艺均可提高双匹平绒织物绒面质量。

Double-piece plain velet is decorative fabric, pile face binder tightness is important in the course of using and production. Three measures to enhance pile face binder tightness of double-piece plain velet were proposed. The measures are choosing suitable raw materials, adopting suitable stitch structure ＆ pile yarn binder way and adopting better back finishing technology.
