摘要
以丁二酸与丁二醇为原料,通过熔融缩聚法合成端羟基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯。并通过与低分子量的端羟基聚L-丙交酯、端羟基聚己内酯和扩链剂TD I进行扩链改性,改善其降解性能与力学性能。实验结果表明,改变酸醇比例可以控制聚酯分子量,扩链改性后的产物结晶度下降、力学性能提高、降解性能也得到改善。
Hydroxyl-terminated poly (butylene succinate) was synthesized by melt polycondensation from succinic acid, 1, 4-butanediol. And the polyesters were modified through co-polymerization with low molecular weight hydroxyl-terminated poly L-lactide, poly(caprolactone) diol, TDI through chain extension to improve their properties of degradation and mechanics. Results indicated that changing the proportion between the acid and alcohol could control the molecular weight of the polyesters and the modified poly-(butylenes succinate) have been improved in strength and degradability, but the crystallinity was decreased.
