摘要
利用真空升华法制得酞菁锌(ZnPc)薄膜,与ZnPc溶液相比较,电子吸收光谱谱带明显变宽,且Q带吸收峰分别红移了22nm,表明ZnPc分子在基片上以J-聚集体存在;红外光谱谱图基本相似,表明分子基本呈无序状态,ZnPc薄膜为无定形。气敏性研究表明:ZnPc升华膜对NO2气体的灵敏度与成膜时蒸镀电流和蒸镀时间均有关系,当电流控制在85A蒸镀时间1.5h时,所得ZnPc薄膜室温下对浓度为50.0mg/m3的NO2气体的灵敏度达到2300,而对醇类、SO2、C l2等气体几乎不响应,表现出对NO2气体特殊的选择性。
The thin film of phthalocyanine zinc(Ⅱ) is coated by vacuum sublimation on glass substrate containning ten pairs of interdigitated Al-electrodes. The electronic absorption peaks of thin film broadens with respect to the solution and the Q-band absorption peaks shift respectively to red about 22 nm. It indicates that ZnPc molecules pack as J-aggregate in the film. IR spectra both of them are quite similar. The result shows that the molecules of ZnPc are out of order, that is, amorphous thin film. The sensing experiment indicates that the gas sensitivities of ZnPc thin films to NO2 depend on the sublimation current and time. When the film is prepared by controlling 85 A and 1.5h, the sensitivity to 50. 0mg/m^3 NO2 is as high as 2300 but poor sensitivity to methanol, alcohol vapour, SO2 and Cl2.
