摘要
因人而异、因情而变、融入心灵、多样地、深入细致地开展德育工作,是德育工作的一种特性——细微品性。德育研究应从既具有内在同一性又相对独立的认知、制度和操作三个层面展开,这一认识是德育工作细微品性提出的前提性假设。它的理论依据源于德育本质的“人、精神性、内在性”核心关键词的解析和品德形成的心理机制。针对现行德育工作细微品性的种种缺失,从德育工作的制度化、个案化、体验化、生活化和提升全体教师德育专业意识和专业技能等方面进行补正。
The deep-going, flexible and painstaking work form the special feature of moral education -- subtle character. The study of moral education should be conducted in such three aspects as cognition, system and operation, which have both inner identity and comparative independence. This is the prerequisite hypothesis of the subtle character of moral education. Its theoretical basis originates from the analysis of the key words “human beings, mental orientation and inner nature” concerning the essence of moral education and from the psychological mechanism of the formation of moral character. To remedy various shortcomings of the subtle character of current moral education, it is of necessity to make moral education more institutionalized, individualized, experience-based and life-emphasized and improve all teachers' professional sense and skills of moral education.
