Objective System and Classification of Creative Education at Universities and Colleges

摘要 高校创造教育的目标体系是高校创造教育思想的集中体现,也是构建高校创造性人才的培养模式、管理体制和保障机制的基本依据,它在高校创造教育的理论与实践中处于承上启下的核心地位。这个目标体系包含认知目标系统和人格目标系统。对其分层细化,认知目标系统主要包括大学生的聚合思维、辩证思维和形象思维的发展;人格目标系统主要包括大学生的创造动机、创造个性品质与自我教育能力。对高校创造教育目标体系的剖析和分层细化,可使创造教育目标具体化,增强可操作性,在一定程度上克服创造教育目标缺失或偏离的现象。 As the concentrated expression of creative ideas about education at universities and colleges and the essential basis for constructing the training model, management system and guarantee mechanism of creative talents cultivation, the objective system of creative education at universities and colleges occupies the core position to link the theory and practice of creative higher education. This system of objectives consists of the subsystem of cognitive objectives and the subsystem of personality objectives. To further classify the subsystems, the former mainly involves college students' concentrated thinking, divergent thinking, formal thinking, dialectical thinking, image-based thinking and creative thinking, while the latter includes college students' creative motive, character of creative personality and ability of sel-education. The analysis and classification of the objective system of creative higher education can make the objectives of creative education more specific and more feasible, and can overcome, to certain extent, the phenomena of lack or deviation in the objectives of creative education.
