摘要
针对网络自主学习效率低下的现象,本文分别从学习者、学习资源、学习环境和学习支持等方面分析了造成这种低效现象的原因,并探讨了克服低效、开展高效网络学习的措施,藉以给广大网络自主学习者和网络教育者一定的启示。
In web-based self-directed learning,there is a common phenomenon of low effective usage of time,low effective usage of learning resources,low learning outcome and learners' low self assessment.This article has offered some analyses from several respects on the reasons of the low effectiveness phenomenon:learners,learning resources,learning environment,and learning support.The author takes the view that the different level of learners' motivation,lack of good command and application of learning strategy,lack of element cognitive learning strategy are main reasons for their learning aspect.Compensated use of resources,different quality and lack of effective searching and selecting mechanism are existing issues on the respect of learning resources.The main reasons for learning environment and learning support are conditions for learners' on-line and learners personal issues.At the end of this article,the author makes further approach on some measures to overcome low effectiveness in conducting effective web-based learning.He proposes to start with three respects including learners,learning resources and learning environment to increase web-based self-directed learning efficiency.
