生物蛋白芯片技术在细胞因子检测上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索血清细胞因子在正常人群中的稳定性及与年龄、性别的相关性,观察健康人群中血清细胞因子的参考范围,为细胞因子测定的临床应用奠定基础。方法:应用生物芯片技术和EVIDENCE180全自动芯片分析仪动态观察了27例健康志愿者1个月内血清细胞因子的变化和86例健康志愿者血清细胞因子在不同年龄、性别中的分布。结果:血清细胞因子在被随访的27例健康志愿者中未发现有统计学意义的变化。血清细胞因子的浓度与年龄和性别无明显相关。结论:细胞因子在健康人群中稳定存在,与年龄、性别无明显相关,作为评价机体免疫功能的一组指标,具有潜在应用价值。 Objective:To study the stability and reference ranges of serum cytokines and correlations between serum cytokines, ages and gender on healthy population. Methods:By using biochip technology and EVIDENCE180 fully automatic biochip analyzer to evaluate the changes of serum cytokines on 27 healthy volunteers in one month interval and the difference values of serum cytokines on 86 healthy volunteers with difference age and gender. Results:There was no statistic difference of serum cytokines on 27 healthy volunteers in one month interval and there were no correlations between serum cytokines.and, ages and gender. Conduusion:Serum cytokines is very stab]e on healthy population and it is no correlations with ages and gender. It is very useful to evaluate the functions of body's immune system.
