摘要 目的:研究灯盏花素对肝缺血再灌注损伤生化指标的影响。方法:健康家兔32只,复制肝缺血再灌注损伤模型。随机分为假手术组,模型组,灯盏花素(B re)小剂量用药组和灯盏花素大剂量用药组,每组8只。观察缺血前,缺血45m in、再灌注30和60m in时血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及灯盏花素对不同时限上述指标的影响。结果:灯盏花用药组的SOD、MDA、GSH-PX和ALT在再灌注的各时限与对照组比较均有显著或非常显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:灯盏花素能通过抑制氧自由基的生成,增强氧自由基的清除,对肝缺血再灌注损伤起着良好的抗脂质过氧化作用。 Objective:To explor the role of breviscapine (Bre) on dynamic changes of lipid peroxidation in hepatic ischemiareperfusion injury (HIRI). Methods:The HIRI model was used. Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n =8), model group(n =8), Bre (5mg) group (n =8) and Bre (7mg) group(n =8). The superoxide dismutase (SOD) ac- tivity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity in ser- um were observed before ischemia and at ischemia 45 min, reperfusion 30min, reperfusion 60 min. Results:The SOD activity, GSH-PX activity MDA, content and ALT activity of Bre group, as compared with model group, showed significant differences (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) at total time points of reperfusion. Conclusion:Bre has notable anti-lipid peroxidation effect on HIRI, which is due to its inhibiting the generation of oxygen free radicals and its strengthening scavenging of oxygen free radicals.
