摘要
目的:观察马尾松花粉(松花粉)对大鼠前列腺增生的治疗效果和作用机制。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠分为3组。对照组饲普通饲料,组2和组3每日投料前分别饲安慰剂(淀粉片)和松花粉片,并与组1实行对喂。2周后组1每天肌肉注射橄榄油1m l.kg-1,组2和组3每天肌肉注射橄榄油配制的丙酸睾酮液4mg.kg-1,持续2周,并按相同方法继续饲喂4周后全部处死。结果:组3大鼠前列腺增殖状态明显低于组2,血清睾酮(T)和雌二醇水平与组2相比均显著降低。结论:松花粉可以通过调节机体雌、雄两种激素水平,发挥治疗前列腺增生的作用。
Objective:To study about the treatment of rats with benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) by Masson pine pollen and its mechanism. Methods:24 SD rats were divided into 3 groups. The group 1 was fed with normal diets. The group 2 and group 3 were fed with 3 starch tablets (as placebo) and 3 Masson pine pollen tablets per day respectively before feeding, and they all be pair fed with group 1. After two weeks, group 1 was injected with olive oil(1ml· kg^-1) and group 2 and 3 were injected with testosterone propionate(4mg·kg^-1 ) which was mixed with olive oil for 2 weeks to establish the models of BPH. Feeding with the same way as before for 4 weeks, then all rats were killed. Results:The prostate hyperplasia symptoms of Masson pine pollen group was much better than placebo group. Testosterone level of group 3 was lower than that of group 2. Not only estradid level, but also cholesterol content in serum of group 3 were the lowest. Conclusion: Masson Pine Pollen can improve the symptom of BPH by regulating the level of estradid and testosterone.
