摘要 就如何提高食源性ACE抑制肽的活性,分别对原料、蛋白酶和分离纯化方法等几方面的选择作了探讨。 With the question how to improve the activity of ACE inhibitory peptides from food. The selection of materials, proteases and the purification methods were discussed respectively.
