摘要
研究了在pH11.0的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,乳化剂OP存在下,水杨醛缩-5-碘-8-氨基喹啉(SAIAQ)与镓(Ⅲ)反应形成稳定络合物的最佳条件.络合物的最大吸收波长为470 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.85×105,络合物的组成为镓(Ⅲ):SAIAQ=1:2,镓质量浓度在0~400μg/L范围内符合比尔定律.本法结合乙酸丁酯萃取分离,已应用于粉煤灰中痕量镓的测定,获得满意的结果.
In the NH3·H2O-NH4Cl buffer medium of pH 11.0,in the presence of the non-ionic surfactant OP,the optimum conditions of the steady complex formed by salicylidene-5-iodo-8 aminoquinoline (SAIAQ) with Ga(Ⅲ) were studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 470 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.85×10^5 L·mol^-1 ·cm^-1 .The mole ratio of Ga(Ⅲ) to SAIAQ is 1:2.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -400 μg/L for Ga(Ⅲ). Combined with n-butyl acetate extraction separation, the method has been applied to the determination of trace gallium in fly ash with satisfactory results.
