显色体系为Al3+(Fe3+)-邻硝基苯基荧光酮-CTMAB-OP,以硫脲掩蔽干扰离子Cu2+,氟化钠掩蔽Al3+,在610 nm波长下测定铁,再用K系数法在556 nm波长下测定铝,建立了双波长K系数-分光光度法同时测定原油中铝、铁的分析方法.对测定条件、共存元素干扰情况进行了考察.人工合成样品回收率:铁为98.3%~99.1%,铝为95.3%~98.2%;样品加标回收率:铁为95.4%~104.5%,铝为95.5%~100.5%.
A new analytical method for the simultaneous determination of aluminium and iron in crude oils by dual-wavelength K -factor spectrophotometry was reported. The color system was Al^3+ (Fe^3 + ) - o -nitrophenylfluorone( o -NPF) -CTMAB-OP. The interfering ions Cu^2+ and Al^3+ were masked by thiourea and NaF, respectively. The determination of iron was carried out at 610 nm wavelength, and then aluminium was determined at 556 nm wavelength with K -factor method. The determination conditions,interference of coexistence elements were studied. The recoveries of synthetic sample were 98.3 % - 99.1% for iron and 95.3 % - 98.2 % for aluminium. The recoveries of standard addition for sample were 95.4 % - 104.5 % for iron and 95.5 % - 100.5 % for aluminium.
