摘要
针对钢铁企业长流程生产中的物料和合同实时跟踪问题,提出了以炉号和生产批次为依据的物料跟踪模型。该模型可以区别具有相同属性的同一批生产物料;根据生产号和合同号的对应关系建立了合同跟踪模型;基于同类产品组合生产的思想,给出了以产品类划分为依据的生产物料平衡模型。运用统一建模语言对系统进行了建模,采用J2EE开发了面向钢铁企业的物料跟踪管理系统。通过某特钢集团的实施结果表明了该系统的有效性和可行性。
To deal with material and contract tracking problem in long-term production of iron and steel enterprises, the material tracking model was proposed based on furnace number and production batch, which could distinguish the identical batch of material with same attributes. The contract-tracking model was constructed according to the corresponding relationship between production number and contract number. Based on the grouping of products with similar attributes, the material balance model depending on products partition was put forward. The material tracking management system was modeled by Unified Modeling Language (UML), and was developed based on Java 2 platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE). The implementation results in Liaoning Special Steel Group have shown the validity and feasibility of the system.
