摘要
为保证IPM工作于安全区,根据过电压产生的机理,在APF主回路电路及线路杂散寄生电感已确定时,采用并行多目标优化方法选择吸收电路参数。实践证明,优化的IPM低电感吸收保护电路综合性能好,成本低,吸收保护电路和低电感叠层母线设计的主电路的装置运行安全稳定,工程应用价值高。
With the development of power electronics, using intelligent power model is a new development direction of active power filter in the industrial application. To make IPM work safely, a method of optimizing many goals is adopted in the parameter selection on the basis of the principle that IPM produces overvoltage, when the main circuit is designed and the line miscellaneous scattered parasitic inductance has already been determined. It is improved through instances that the optimized protection and absorb circuit has the characteristics of better performance and lower cost. Actual application shows that the low inductance main circuit given by this paper can guarantee the safe effective operation of IPM under current high switch frequency and it has a very high practical value.
