通过实验，研究了珠江河口海区悬浮颗粒物质对微量金属Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ化学相态和生物毒性的影响，以及腐植酸对微量金属Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ络合作用和生物毒性的影响，从而回答一些目前仍有争议的问题。
