摘要
研究了制备反应烧结碳化硅过程中，配合料中碳质原料比例、原料粒度与生坯成型压力的关系，分析了素坯制备工艺对烧结体显微结构的影响。
The relation between the proportion of carbonaccous materials in change mixture,size of materials and forming pressure of green body during the preparation of reation borded silicon carbide was studied in the paper.The effect of preparing process of green body on microstructure of sintered body was also analyzed.Beside those,the way to diagnize difective workmanship by the use of metallurgical microscope was determined.
