摘要
通过合理确定单因素评价矩阵对模糊综合安全评价之结果重要性的论述，采用新方法建立了作为构造评价矩阵基础的评价因素体系，并基于系统运行的历史，提出了危险因素评价指标的选取与定量方法。
In this paper, on the basis of discussing the importance of the single factor assessment matrix in Fuzzy Synthetic Safety Assessment, the assessed factors system is founded. It is put forward that the method of adopting and measuring assessed targets of dangerous factors on the basis of the assessed system's history.In the end, the matrix of single factor assessment is constructed by the way of Fuzzy ISODATA.
