摘要
在吸收、借鉴比较管理学相关研究成果的基础上，应用系统环境适应性原理和比较研究方法，分析了现代企业适应经营环境变化的战略取向、组织体系及其基本组合模式的类型、特点和选择依据，给出了现代企业适应经营环境变化的一般模式。本文的分析及其结论对指导我国企业优化经营模式。
In the view of the results on the contrast management study, this paper analysis the stragetic types, organization types and their conbinations for adaptting the change of manage enviorment in modern enterprise, presents the standards of the pattern selection and general pattern for adaptting to the change of manage envirment in modern enterprise, based on the principle of systems engineering and contrast study method. The discussion in this paper enjoys theoretic value and operation significance for directting enterprise to optimize their manage patterns.
