摘要
在MIG焊接过程中根据两个平衡关系(能量平衡和焊丝熔化与送进的平衡),对建立的焊接过程各参数之间关系的数学模型结构进行了实验研究.在细丝埋弧焊常用规范范围(H=15~30mm)内,确定了各参数的精确值,即建立了细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器的静态模型.根据理论推导和实测值的比较,认为该模型具有线性性质,用于细丝埋弧焊的实际过程控制中是可行的.
The configuration of mathematical model of parametric relationship in the process of MIG welding is investigated experimentally based on two kind of equilibrium conditions-energy equilibrium and equilibrium betweem wire melting and wire feeding.Under conventional regime of submerged arc welding with fine wires(H=15-30 mm),accurate parameters are defined and,hence,the static model of arc sensor foe submerged arc welding with fine wires is developed.Comparing theoretical value of the parameters with the experimental one,it is found that this model behaves linearly and is suitable for its application to the process control of submerged arc tatic model
