摘要
通过对不同钢圈尺寸和不同螺旋距的电杆分别采用预加拘束与不加拘束、单层焊及多层焊等试验方法,对高压输电线路砼电杆焊接接头附近的砼上纵向裂纹敏感性进行了试验研究,并对裂纹宽度与深度的关系及电杆制造质量对裂纹的影响进行了分析.试验结果表明:预力叫句束焊接法可使砼电杆焊接质量得到根本性的改善,经试验给出的砼电杆的裂纹允许尺寸,可作为施工及工程验收的参考依据.
The longtitudinal crack sensitivity of the welding joint of high-tension transmission line concrete pole welded with the methods of single layer welding or multi-layer welding have been investigated in the conditions of poles in different dimensions steel hoops and different screw pitchs,with or with-out prerestraint.At the same time,the relation between the depth and the width of crack,the influence of the quality of poles upon the cracks were analyzed.The authors find that,the quality of the welded concrete poles comed been improved by means of prestraint welding. The crack of permit dimensions given by the testcould be as a reference datas to construction or acceptance.
