摘要
利用Chapman-Enskog方法计算了非平衡氩等离子体的运输系数及压力、温度和电子-重离子温差系数θ的影响规律.电子和重粒子被视为两种不同气体,并利用广义Saha公式计算等离子体成分.结果表明:非平衡态运输系数与平衡态相比有较大差别.
No-equilibrium argon plasma transport properties at low and high pressures and for various temperature-difference between electrons and heavy species are calculated by using the Chapman-Enskog method. Electrons and heavy species are treated as two different gases and a generalized Saha equation is used to calculate the plasma composition.The results show that the transport properties of no-equilibrium plasmas are far different from that of LTE plasmas.The electron electrical and thermal conductivity plays a dominant role in plasmas.
