摘要
分析了影响均三甲苯塔底油循环使用的因素。从 C_9芳烃分子结构方面探讨了邻甲乙苯在偏三甲苯异构化反应中优先反应机理;考察了偏三甲苯原料中邻甲乙苯含量对均三甲苯产品产量和质量的影响及塔底油经简单分离后的混合三甲苯作为原料补充料使用对反应生成油的影响。生产数据表明,偏三甲苯原料中邻甲乙苯可转化为对均三甲苯精馏影响较小的产物,转化率达95%以上,说明邻甲乙苯含量对均三甲苯产品质量影响不大。塔底油作补充进料使用数据表明,在较高反应温度条件下,进料中的邻甲乙苯转化率达98%以上,均三甲苯产品纯度也在98%以上,充分说明均三甲苯塔底油经简单处理后,可作为原料补充料使用,不会出现邻甲乙苯累积现象。
The factors influencing the usage of bottom oil of 1,3,5 - trimethylbenzene tower were analyzed. The preferred mechanisms of o - methylethyl benzene in the isomerization of 1,2,3 - trimethylbenzene were discussed from the structure of C9 aromatic hydrocarbon. The effects of the content of o - methylethylbenzene in 1,2,3 - trimethylbenzene as raw material on the yield and quality of the product, and the effects of using mixed trimethylbenzenes as supplement of raw material after simple seperation on the formed oil were examined. The production data showed that o - methylethylbenzene in 1,2,3 - trimethylbenzene material could be 95 % converted into the product with less effect on the distillation of 1,3,5 - trimethylbenzene showing that the content of o - methylethylbenzene had little effect on the quality of product. The data also suggested that bottom oil could be used as supplement at high reaction temperature after simple separation with the conversion of o - methylethylbenzene more that 98 %, the purity of 1,3,5 - trimethylbenzene more than 98 % without accumulation of o - methylethylbenzene.
