大豆油脂肪酸甲酯多组分体系溶解度研究

摘要 分析了大豆油-甲醇-醚3组分,以及大豆油甲酯-乙醇(甲?-0#柴油3组分溶解度关系,说明从非均相到均相系统是随各组分体积分数变化而变化.考察了大豆油-甲醇-醚3组分在25℃和60℃(酯交换反应温度)时的2个三相图以及大豆油甲酯-乙醇(甲醇)-0#柴油的三相图.结果表明,大豆油-甲醇两相反应中加入醚,可提高甲酯转化速率,25℃时3组分最佳体积比为43:35:22,60℃时3组分最佳体积比为52:29:19,说明温度高,醚用量可减少;大豆油甲酯是0#柴油与乙醇混合燃料很好的促溶剂. The solubility of three - component systems such as soybean oil - methanol - ether and soybean oil - ethanol(methanol) -0^# diesel was studied. The change of homogenous phase to heterogeneous phase depended on the change of volume percentage of individual component. Two ternary phase diagrams of soybean oil - methanol - ether system at 25 ℃and 60 ℃ and the diagram of soybean oil - ethanol (methanol) - 0^# diesel were examined. The result showed that adding ether into soybean oil - methanol system could increase the conversion of methyl ester. The optimum volume ratio of three components at 25℃ and 60℃ were 43:35:22 and 52:29:19 respectively showing that the dosage of ether decreased with the increase of temperature and soybean oil was a good emulsifier for diesel - ethanol system.
