In the recent years, the development of Chinese Youth Volunteer service shows that partici- pating in the volunteer service has great promoting effects on the growing of contemporary youth. Which mainly embodied in that it can enhance the actual effects of the ideology and politics education of college student, can accelerate the course of youth socialization, can advance the exploitation and deployment of youth human resource, and can train the civic consciousness and public spirit.
