摘要
东盟(ASEAN)因其地缘政治、地缘经济的重要性引得区外大国在此竟相逐鹿。东盟正是利用这一优势,巧妙地与各大国周旋,积极推行大国平衡战略,谋求东南亚地区的繁荣与稳定。中印两国则成为这一战略的实施对象,相互竞争而又相互制约。中印两国应如何看待这一战略,又如何扮演在其中的平衡角色,本文拟就此作浅显的分析。
Enjoying a unique geo-strategic advantage, ASEAN has been a focus of contest among extra-regional powers. It gives the regional block a lever to make skillful use of balancing strategy and secure the regional stability. The interactions between China and India in the region have been considered as an example of this sophisticated design, which is indicated by a mix of competing with, cooperating with and balance against each other.
