摘要
人才流失甚于水土流失,作为生产力主要构成要素的人力资源,在企业发展中具有举足轻重的作用。通过对民族地区非公有制企业人才流失现状的分析,从而找出解决的办法,达到留才用才,促进非公有制企业发展的目的。
The loss of talented persons is more serious than soil erosion. As a main factor in productivity, personnel resource plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. Through a thorough investigation on and analysis of the loss of talented persons in non-state enterprises in Gannan minorities area, this paper puts forward some possible solutions, aiming to make them stay and contribute to the development of the enterprises.
