摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠(简称宫外孕)的超声声像表现特点,提高诊断率。方法回顾性分析100例宫外孕的声像图表现及临床表现。结果通过经腹以及结合经阴道超声检查,诊断宫外孕的准确率可达93%。结论结合病史、经腹部超声或联合经阴道超声可以做到早期明确诊断宫外孕。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for the ectopic pregnancy. Methods The characteristics of uitrasonogram and the clinic symptoms of 100 ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed. Result The accurate rate of the diagnoses of the ectopic pregnancy was about 93% by using the abdominal and the transvaginal ultrasound. Conclusions The ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed early and correctly by combining the clinic symptoms, ultrasonogram and transvaginal ultrasound.
