高校实行票款分离的难点、成因及对策

近年来,学校学生缴费逐步实行票款分离改革,针对高等学校实行票款分离工作实践中存在一些难点及形成的原因,提出加大宣传力度,完善改革措施,加强监督检查的对策。

In recent years,reforms have been made to change the students＇ways of paying school fee by separating drawing an invoice and making collections. To counter some difficult points and the forming neasons in the practice of separating drawing an invoice and making collections, the paper proposes the countermeasures of devoting more efforts to propagating, perfecting the reform measures and strengthening the supervision and inspection.
