高职工民建专业人才培养刍议

Initial discussion on personnel training of advanced vocational speciality of industrial and civil architecture

以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向已成为高等职业教育改革与发展的主旋律。与传统精英模式的高等教育不同,工民建专业的设置要以满足社会需要为目标,人才的定位发生很大变化,我们要致力于从职业道德、知识结构、职业能力等三方面下手,培养工民建专业具有“三种能力,”“三个去向”的应用型高等技术人才。

The slogan “with service as the tenet, employment as the guide” has been the theme of advanced vocational education＇s reformation and development. Being different from the traditional talent-style advanced education, the setup of the speciality of industrial and civil architecture should aim at the social demands. Personnel orientation has changed a lot, so we should bend ourselves to train the applied advanced technical talents who have three kinds of capabilities and three developing directions. In order to realize this purpose, we should proceed with professional ethics, formation of knowledge, professional competence, etc.
