胶印机顺序离合压偏心位置设计研究

摘要 用偏心机构完成顺序离合压是胶印机印刷装置设计的一种常见方法,确定偏心安装位置及设计关键参数,是顺序离合压偏心机构设计的关键。在研究胶印机顺序离合压工艺要求和偏心位置设计方法的基础上,提出了以满足工艺要求为目标,进行偏心位置及关键参数求解的优化设计方法。并通过印刷机离合压示教系统设计实例进行了验证。设计方法和设计程序可应用到不同类型、规格的胶印机顺序离合压机构的设计中。 The achievement of sequential engagement and disengagement by means of the eccentric device is one of common methods to the design for printing unit of offset press. The key to the design of eccentric device is how to make certain of the eccentricity to the eccentric device and the key design parameters. Based on the sequential engagement and disengagement requirement of printing process and the design methods of eccentric device, we established the optimal design method to confirm the optimal eccentricity and key parameter value. The design of engagement and disengagement teaching model for printing press validated the optimal design method. The design method and program can be applied to the design of sequential engagement and disengagement mechanism of different types and specifications printing press.
