综采面瓦斯异常涌出的治理

摘要 为了保证5111(S)C15综采工作面以正常进度安全回采,通过深入现场对该工作面瓦斯主要来源,及构成进行了分析和研究,采取了一系列的瓦斯综合治理措施,提出了加强通风,保证足够风量,加强瓦斯检查,保证瓦斯监测系统正常到运行;采取煤壁浅孔注水,控制生产进度;对于工作面上隅角和架顶瓦斯超限,采用风幛引排处理;这些措施的综合运用效果显著,此工作面已安全回采完毕;对于瓦斯大的工作面需要加大瓦斯治理力度,加强瓦斯抽排,走综合治理之路,才能确保矿井安全生产。 In order to make the 5111 (S) C15 integrated excavated face~ excavation can be turned safely, the writer lucubrates in the scene, does research on the main source of gas in this working face, and the structure of gas, takes a series of compositive measures in order to bring gas under control, such as enhancing exhaust, making sure there is enough wind, strengthen the gas check, making sure that the system of gas inspection is working normally; and control the productive schedule. Only can the coalmine produce safely, under the circumstances that take out and let the gas more effectively, take the road of compositive measures.
