摘要
常见的电动机轴颈磨损原因:装配不合理、键装配不合理、电动机轴承损坏。当转子轴的外圆磨损较轻微,弯曲度小于0.2mm时,采用磨外圆→镀铬→磨外圆至图纸尺寸,当轴颈磨损严重时,采用补焊→粗车→精车→划线→铣键槽,对修后的轴进行强度校核和转子的动平衡试验,满足工作需求;此方法工艺简单、易操作、成本低,从而保证了设备的正常运转。
The usual reasons of abrasion of electric motor crankshaft are in the following: unreasonable assembly, unreasonable key assembly as well as the spoilage of electric motor bearings.When there is slight abrasion in the outside circle of the rotator axial and the curve degree is below the 0. 2mm, the size of the plotting paper is adopted as “Grinding encircle- Chrome plating- Grinding encircle”.When there is serious abrasion in the crankshaft, the size is adopted as“Mender solder- Rough vehicle - Fine vehicle - Underline - Millling key seat”and meanwhile do dynamic balance experiments in fields of strength kilowattour and rotator axial on the repaired axial to meet the demands of work.This approach is simple in technology,easy in operation and low in costs, which guarantees the normal operation of the equipment.
