摘要 电气设备在运行的过程中发生故障时,维修人员切忌盲目随便动手检修,应通过故障调查、逻辑分析、外观检查、通电试验等方法初步判断故障发生的大体位置,然后根据具体情况采用“电压测量法”或“电阻测量法”确定故障点,加以排除并作好维修记录,采用正确的检修方法,可以快速准确地查出故障,尽早恢复电气设备的正常运行。 When electricity - equipments cause many kinds of breakdowns on working, maintenance - staff must remember that they cant casually examine and repair. At first, they should roughly judge breakdown - spot by using the following methods, such as hitch investigation, logic analyzing, outside checking, electricity testing and so on, then by adopting “Voltage - surveying way” or “Resistance - surveying way” with concrete situation, they can define breakdown - spot, then eliminate it and take notes. Therefore, maintenance - staff should employ right methods to find out breakdown - spot rapidly and correctly, for restoring regular working of electricity - equipments as early as possible.
